今天上Unit3 2d部分,上课后,我很高兴地对学生说:
T: Today I’ll take you to a wonderful place. Look! (出示一张娱乐公园的图片)What is it?
SS: It’s an amusement park.
T: Yes. Have you ever been to an amusement park?
S1: Yes, I have.
T: Which park?
S1: I’ve been to Hangzhou Amusement park.
T: How did you feel about the park.
S1: I felt excited and happy.
T: What’s in the park.
S1: There are many fun places .....
T: Today I’ll take you to this park, Fun Time are also a lot of fun places in this park. There is a space world(出示了2015暑假我在上海科技馆太空馆的照片) , water world(出示一张水上乐园照片) and animal world(出示了我在上海科技馆动物馆的照片).
T: Look! It’s a ride.(出示图片) Have you ever tried a ride like this?
S2: Yes. It’s very exciting.
T: And there is also a restroom in the park. What does restroom mean? It means bathroom. In China, we normally say “toilet” or “washroom” in English .
T:Now Alice and He Wei are also in the Fun Times Park. What are they talking about? Please read the conversation between them loudly(向上的大声读的手势). Group A read what He Wei says and Group B read what Alice says. One, two, go!
这一环节要学生大声朗读,第一大组读He Wei的句子,第二大组读Alice的句子,然后交换角色, 然后要学生猜测pardon, rush的意思,接下来我要学生两人一组大声分角色朗读,我再要学生两人一组到讲台上用Look up的游戏方式分角色朗读。通过几轮的朗读,我要求学生两人一组当堂背出,学生们都背的很有味道。
(注:Look up游戏是外教Justin教的训练学生对话的一种方法,就是学生到讲台上表演对话,可以拿上课本,学生不在说的时候可以看,但说的时候必须看对方或全班学生,不可以看书本,如果在说的时候看着课本,其他同学立即说,Look up! 这个游戏可以较好地训练学生口语,有助于学生速记对话内容,趣味性也比较强。)
反思:本节课也是通过设置情景(带领学生去娱乐公园),借助图片(尤其是教师自己的图片),利用自由交谈导入新单词washroom, bathroom, normally及对话相关内容(space world, water world, animal world, try the ride, In China, we normally say “toilet” or “washroom” in English .),学生感觉轻松自然、亲切,而且自然而然转到书本上的对话,很好地调动了学生的学习兴趣。
课堂上要学生两人一组分角色朗读对话,并利用Look up这个游戏要学生表演对话,训练了学生口语,尤其是要学生当堂背出对话,学生读和背的积极性都很高,达到了很好地效果。
